As we have mentioned, Miami is attracting attention from around the world. We have seen record numbers of foreign investors purchasing Miami properties for sale, as well as cultivating business opportunities throughout the greater Miami area. It is very exciting that an international organization of this stature acknowledges Miami’s importance in the world economy and has decided to present its summit in our beloved city.

During this annual event, which IEFA is renaming the World Strategic Forum, economic and political leaders from across the globe converge to discuss various international economic topics. Next year, the forum will focus on finance, energy, government, the economy, and trade. In addition, given that Miami is the gateway to the Americas, the organization will be emphasizing Latin America. We are beyond excited about this event taking place in Miami next year. We are pleased with the progress that Miami has made thus far and sincerely believe that the city has so much potential going forward.
