The annual REAL Trends study of 500 real estate brokerage firms recently showed that RE/MAX continues to be the most productive group of real estate professionals.
RE/MAX Sales Associates completed, on average, almost double the number of national averages by competitors such as Coldwell Banker, Century 21, and Keller Williams.
RE/MAX Associates averaged 15.1 transactions last year. This figure was double even the collective average of all agents in the study who are not affiliated with the company.
Competitors Coldwell Banker, Century 21, and Keller Williams had averages of 7.2, 6.9, and 6.9 respectively.
Even more impressively, when the 500 brokerages in the REAL Trends Study were ranked by per-agent transaction sides, the most meaningful measure of productivity, RE/MAX landed the top 18 spots and a total of 44 of the top 50 spots.
RE/MAX came out number one in for representation as well. 116 brokerages were represented in the rankings, more than any other competitor. According to the study, RE/MAX also led all national franchises in total sales volume per agent with $3 million, 60 percent more than the average of all other agents in the survey.
In an economic environment that is fostering great real estate, RE/MAX is doing even better than the rest.
