Do you do Residential Real Estate or Commercial Real Estate? I can’t tell you how many agents out there say ‘both’. But, the reality is, very little actually are competent enough to handle the complexities involved in a Commercial transaction. The reality is, many can eek their way through a commercial deal, but the question is, ‘Did the Agent add value to the transaction?’. That is the question any Commercial Real Estate customer needs to ask. This same question is what we asked ourselves as a firm, ‘how do we best add value to the Commercial Real Estate Customer?’. Well, we have the Residential side down, no problems there. And, we have some experienced Commercial only practitioners. So, that is what prompted the opening of our Commercial Division here at Remax Paradise. We had certain requirements that had to be met, including a minimum amount of actual Commercial Experience and Practitioners. We applied and I am very proud to announce that our RE/MAX Paradise – Commercial Division was approved!
