0 RE/MAX Launches “Miamilicious” Ad Campaign

(Miami, FL)  RE/MAX LLC has launched a targeted ad campaign in the Miami market designed to elevate and position its international brand in the state’s most vibrant city.  “Miamilicious” is a creative multi-media campaign, the first of two innovative pilots in major cities in the U.S.  It will speak to the thousands of prospective home buyers and home sellers who are searching for a real estate professional to assist them in realizing their dream.

“This is a campaign that will help us reach out to those in south Florida who see the dynamics of the current housing market and are wondering if this is the time to jump in,” said Abby Lee, RE/MAX Vice President, Brand Marketing and Sponsorships.  “We want to start a conservation with people who already live in the area, and bring in out of state and international buyers who are considering a move to Miami.  RE/MAX is known for its high level of customer service and this campaign helps us tell our story.”

“Miamilicious” combines airport billboards, on-line advertising including a new dedicated website and placement in Miami Modern Luxury magazine.  More than eight million potential customers will experience the campaign over the next month and a half.  Just one billboard, located in Terminal D at the Miami International Airport, will be seen by 5.6 million passengers.

In 2013, RE/MAX sales associates were the most productive – in transaction sides closed per agent – in two industry rankings: the REAL Trends 500 and the RISMedia Power Broker Report.  And a recent national consumer survey conducted by MMR Strategy Group for RE/MAX found that more home buyers and sellers think of RE/MAX than any other real estate brand.

0 What Miami Luxury Homes Have to Offer

Luxury Properties Miami and Miami Beach StyleIf you are searching for Miami properties or luxury condos in Miami Beach, you will be flooded with a choice of eye popping amenities. First and foremost of course, are the stunning sunrises over the blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay, but what natural offers are just the beginning.

Sunny Isles is located between Downtown Miami and Ft. Lauderdale, and has some of the most luxurious condos in the region. Sunny Isles is also very convenient to Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. Condos here can feature outdoor theaters, indoor pools with waterfalls, and terraces that are thousands of square feet in size.

World famous South Beach features 5-star luxury high rise condo living that is within walking distance of some of the area’s finest restaurants, shops and nightclubs. Luxury condos in South Beach can include game rooms, large terraces, saunas, and home theaters.

South of South Beach is Fisher Island, a luxurious retreat on a 200 acre island for residents only. Fisher Island boasts two deep sea marinas, tennis facilities, a golf course, spa, fine dining, and its own private school.

Nothing, however, may top the planned Porsche Design Tower scheduled to open in 2016. Among its many luxuries, these condos will offer a limited number of private “man cave” sky garages. These units can each hold up to nine cars, right there, in your own condo.

0 Where is Miami?

When it comes to Miami Properties for Sale, it sounds silly, but it is quite important to determine where ‘Miami’ is. Now, hear me out…Miami tends to be the term used to describe quite a vast area. While Miami is indeed a stand alone municipality, so is Miami Beach, Surfside, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles Beach, Aventura, North Bay Village and Coral Gables…to name a few. There is also Coconut Grove, North Miami, North Miami Beach, Pinecrest, Kendall, Doral, Miami Gardens, Miami Lakes, and so on and so on. These areas make up Miami-Dade County and in general are referred to as Miami, but they are all very different.

I want to take some time to help further define the target market that RE/MAX Paradise works within. While the RE/MAX network allows for referrals to all of these areas so the buyer of real estate will be well taken care of in any instance, RE/MAX Paradise is located in Miami Beach. Miami Beach is actually its own city with approximately 90,000 year round residents. Within Miami Beach you have many neighborhoods as well. Most notable is South Beach, which is comprised of ZIP code 33139. Then you have Mid Beach, which is ZIP code 33140 and North Beach in ZIP code 33141. To break it down even further, you have the prestigious South of Fifth neighborhood (SoFi), which as the title suggests is property located south of 5th street in Miami Beach. There is the Flamingo Park Area, Collins Park Area, West Avenue Corridor, Lummus Park/Ocean Drive area, and so on.

Then take Miami proper, while this encompasses a very large area, the focal point of where RE/MAX Paradise does business in Miami is the Brickell neighborhood, Downtown neighborhood and Midtown neighborhood. When you view the search parameters on our website, you notice that we draw a geographical line to define these areas.

Surfside is a small township just north of Miami Beach, and Bal Harbour is just north of that, with Bay Harbor Islands just west of the two. And, Sunny Isles Beach is its own municipality on the barrier island just east of Aventura.

I know it can be a bit confusing, but it is very important to understand the differences of these areas when it comes to Real Estate. Each has something different and unique about itself, and price points can very differently across these areas for the same sort of condo or home. When searching for Miami Properties, please take some time to discuss with your Real Estate Agent which areas are best suited to their buying criteria, and when selecting a Miami Real Estate Agent to list your home, make sure they are experts in your target market. It’s easy to lump together such a large area as ‘Miami’, but make no mistake – all Real Estate is local and it is that much more important to have a real estate agent that knows these markets like the back of their hand.

So, whether you are searching for Brickell Condos for Sale, Midtown Warehouses to Rent, or a South Beach Vacation Home – make sure you fully understand the differences of these Miami Real Estate Markets. Feel free to contact one of our local real estate experts to help you with your targeted search.
