For the past several decades, people who live in South Beach condos have long enjoyed participating in the Mercedes-Benz Corporate Run. The Mercedes-Benz Corporate Run is a 5K race that takes place on Miami Beach each year. The 2013 race will start at 6:45 p.m. on April 25 at Bayfront Park.

It is taking place for the 28th year in a row, and brings out hundreds of people who are involved in the South Beach and Miami Beach community. Participants range from avid runners who participate in marathons and 5K races on a regular basis, to people who are making a significant change in their life and taking a leap into the world of fitness.

In order to participate in the Mercedes-Benz Corporate Run, a person must be a part of a company team and employed by a corporation working at least 25 hours per week. There are eight awards that are given out at the end of the race, including first place male participant, first place female participant, first place male CEO and first place female CEO.
